This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit bohemianstandards.cz or write to us through it, why we do so, and what rights you have. We act in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on personal data processing.

We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not legally required to do so. For anything concerning your data, please write to the email address above.
Contact form. When you write to us through the form, we process your first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional, if you provide it) and the text of your message. We use them solely to reply to you and to arrange possible cooperation.
The legal basis is steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. If no cooperation follows, we base the further short-term retention on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) — so that we have a record of our correspondence.
Filling in the form is voluntary. Without your name and email address, however, we cannot reply to you.
Server logs. The web server automatically records your IP address, the date and time of the request, your browser type and the referring page. This serves to keep the site running and secure; the legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
Messages from the contact form are kept for 3 years from our last communication. If an enquiry leads to a contract, we keep the related data for the duration of the cooperation and then for the period required by law, in particular 10 years for tax documents under the Czech VAT Act.
Server logs are kept by our hosting provider, usually for several months.
Once these periods expire, we delete the data.
The following processors have access to your data to the extent necessary:
We have data processing agreements under Article 28 GDPR in place with all processors.
On this site we do not use Google Analytics, social media advertising pixels or any other analytics or marketing tools.

We do not store any analytics, statistical or advertising cookies, and we do not share them with third parties.
You can restrict or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. The site may then not work correctly.
In relation to your personal data, you have the right:
To exercise a right, write to stefan.danis@bohemianstandards.cz. We will handle your request within one month at the latest; in more complex cases this period may be extended by a further two months, and we will let you know if that happens.
