This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit bohemianstandards.cz or write to us through it, why we do so, and what rights you have. We act in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110\/2019 Coll., on personal data processing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. What data we process and why<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Contact form.<\/strong> When you write to us through the form, we process your first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional, if you provide it) and the text of your message. We use them solely to reply to you and to arrange possible cooperation.<\/p>

The legal basis is steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract<\/em> under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. If no cooperation follows, we base the further short-term retention on our legitimate interest<\/em> under Article 6(1)(f) \u2014 so that we have a record of our correspondence.<\/p>

Filling in the form is voluntary. Without your name and email address, however, we cannot reply to you.<\/p>

Server logs.<\/strong> The web server automatically records your IP address, the date and time of the request, your browser type and the referring page. This serves to keep the site running and secure; the legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.<\/p>

We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. How long we keep your data<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Messages from the contact form<\/strong> are kept for 3 years<\/strong> from our last communication. If an enquiry leads to a contract, we keep the related data for the duration of the cooperation and then for the period required by law, in particular 10 years for tax documents under the Czech VAT Act.<\/p>

Server logs<\/strong> are kept by our hosting provider, usually for several months.<\/p>

Once these periods expire, we delete the data.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
